at the temperatures over the eastern shore. dover is at 98. 99 degrees in salisbury. it's feeling like 105 in dover. feels like 87 and a rain cooled 79. we're starting to see a relief. let me correct myself. 102 the official high. 90 elsewhere. patch river checked in at 100 degrees. notice that line of showers and gusty showers pushing through the bay. keep in mind any interest on the bay, give it a couple hours as the line pushes through. there's more showers starting to come. that's toward the south and east. we'll see if that starts to trigger showers and storms. still baking, 103, 102, so again, missouri is still dealing with the heat. this will fall to the south. we'll see some relief as we go into the weekend. maybe another heat wave. here's future trend, 80s through the rest of the night. it's muggy and mild, 92 tomorrow. so that's a good recovery from what we've been dealing with. a gusty shower possible and the threat of a shower or storm lingers. the forecast for the rest of the evening, 88 degrees. moving through and could be a spotty shower overnight with all that humidity in place, tem

in during the afternoon hours. where we sit now, 5:00, that's the observation from bwi, 87. easton 84. dover 81 for the wind off the atlantic. you can see the wind flow southeast to northwest, that is allowing for a very comfortable feel. it has kicked up the dew points, the amount of moisture in the atmosphere a bit. 63-degree dew point now in dover, 58 in town. a little bit more moist up towards the north and west. terms of your forecast, through the rest of the evening, a really pleasant overnight, 81- 75 around 11:00 . we will wake up to 70 with sunshine and clouds. a warm day tomorrow afternoon with a mixture of sunshine and clouds on the way for 87 degrees. in terms of this evening, not much. we find showers and storms up towards the north up towards the north central pa a, maybe a spot shower or form over northern carol, baltimore count county, we are keeping a slim chance of that happening in the forecast through the overnight. the clouds gifting over the mountains. that is the case, we will mix it up over the skylines through the evening. this high pressure over detroit will nose in

in dover. hagerstown 70. comfortable numbers across the region but again these will soar during the course of the day today as we will see the sunshine go to work. white marsh you have spotty showers along 95 heading north bound. -aware -- be aware there are spotty showers and we are going to bring in the rest of the shower or thunderstorm during the course of the day. you can see the radar picking up on the spotty showers moving rapidly out towards queen anne's county and kent county a lot of humidity out of the gulf of mexico. a cold front out to the west that comes together and that's going to allow for the development of some showers and storms. future trend not really picking up on this. it is doing a good job on temperatures. 88 to 91 degrees during the course of the day today. it shows most of the action towards the north. i kind of des agree with that. i think everybody will see a spotty shower or storm during the course of the day. so your forecast reflects that your two degree guarantee of 91. humid sunshine and hazy at times. we will go down to 73 for the overnight low with an e

the morning. 80 in dover. towards the eastern shore you are at 80 and the city limits checking in at 80. we have an excessive heat advisory in effect from 11 this morning right up until 8 tonight. just be advised this heat could become dangerous. we do have good news. maryland's most powerful radar has a cold front about 7 hours north and west of us. this drifts towards the south and will bust the heat out. but it will come with a gusty costs and shower and thunderstorm we forecast during the course of the day. future trend showing us well into the 90s to around 100 through the $200 hour. but see the storms lined up -- 2:00 hour. but see the storms lined up. 6 or 7:00 that's time to see severe weather and the line will cross through the eastern shore into the overnight. not as hot tomorrow. daytime highs around 90. just be aware gusty storms in the mix could be dangerous lightning and certainly the possibility of a little flash flooding. forecast for the afternoon 99 degrees. hot and humid. tonight around 75 and strong storms. 91 degrees tomorrow, and how about the 80s. haven't seen those -
